What does Sbri mean?

Sbri, it’s Welsh for “fun” – a combination of two of our founder Emily’s favourite things (…being Welsh and having fun). It sounds like “spree”, only better.

Where have I seen you before?

You might know us as Create Gift Love – we’re the same team in the same workshop in Ringwood but we now have a new home for our personalised leather accessories (that’s here, Sbri). You can visit creategiftlove.co.uk for our personalised keepsake gifts.

I’ve made a mistake, can I edit my order?

We always ask you to spell check and double check your order before submitting as we copy everything exactly and will take your word for it that the personalisation reads how you want it to. But we all make mistakes. If you spot one on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best to amend it before it’s got to the workshop.

If we’ve already made a start there may be a charge to make changes – we’re happy to chat to you about this if the situation arises.

Where does your leather come from? Is it sustainable?

All Sbri leather is sustainably sourced and prepared for us in the UK, using traditional methods. It’s veg-tanned leather which means the British tanneries use natural materials and dyes like bark, roots and leaves to prepare the hides. Our leather is a bi-product of the food and drink industry and it’s sourced as locally as possible within Europe. You can learn more here.

Do you have any vegan leather options?

We don’t stock any faux leather right now but it’s something we’d like to offer in future if we can find a high-quality natural alternative. We are committed to being an environmentally sustainable small business and sadly many of the faux leathers being labelled ‘vegan’ right now are made from plastics and nasty chemicals that we don’t feel comfortable working with. We’re on the lookout for something better. You can learn more about our commitment to sustainability here.

I haven’t received my order yet, where is it?

If your estimated delivery date been and gone and you’ve not received your order, please get in touch with the Sbri Team and we will take a look into its whereabouts for you as soon as possible. We are reliant on delivery companies and our advertised delivery dates are only estimates, so please bear with us while we track your Sbri product down.

What stamps and symbols do you have?

We’ve got the standard A-Z alphabet (upper case), all the numbers, plus the symbols ! . , ? & ‘ # - and the all important ♥. We do have selected accented letter stamps available but we may not be able to accommodate all requests - if you need an accent it's best to check before placing your order.

Delivery

What are your delivery options?

All standard delivery orders are dispatched from our Ringwood studio within two business days. UK orders are sent by first class Royal Mail post so should arrive within one-two days after dispatch.

Standard delivery is free on all orders over £30 within the UK (the best things in life are, after all). For anything less, delivery is £1.95.

Express delivery is available if you can’t wait that long for a bit of Sbri. Express orders will be dispatched within one business day and will be sent with Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery. This is available within the UK, weekdays only, for £4.95.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do, you can have a bit of Sbri anywhere in the world. Choose between standard and international options at checkout.

Standard international delivery orders are sent via local mail and arrive in most locations within 7 days (estimated).

Europe - £7.50

USA and Canada - £9.00

Rest of the world - from £15 (dependent on location)

Express international delivery is provided by DHL. The DHL Express courier service is a super fast and reliable international delivery service with full tracking available. Orders are dispatched within two business days, and almost all global destinations are reached within a 1-3 day transit time.

 Europe - £20, delivered within 1-2 days from the date of dispatch.

USA and Canada - £20, delivered within 2-3 days from the date of dispatch.

Rest of the world - from £25, delivered within 3-5 days from the date of dispatch.

 

Can I change my address?

If you’ve made a mistake or need to change your delivery address please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order leaves us. Unfortunately once the order has left the Sbri studio we won’t be able to amend the details (even we’re not that good).

Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

No, we won’t require your signature so don’t worry if you’re not home when your Sbri order arrives. Most items (including coin purses) will be small enough to fit through your letterbox so they’ll be waiting for you on your doormat. Our envelope purses are a bit bigger and might not get through that gap so if you’re not around Royal Mail will either keep them safe or leave them with a neighbour.

The only exception is our DHL Express international option – they will need you to sign on the XX line.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way you will be sent an email with your Royal Mail link and reference number. Full online tracking is available if you have chosen express delivery and standard delivery will provide a notification when the order has been delivered.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

If you are overseas, particular in the EU, you may have to pay additional customs fees and import taxes when your Sbri order arrives in your country. Please note, Sbri are not responsible for any additional fees that may apply and these will be at the expense of the customer.

Returns

Can I return my product?

Unfortunately any products that are personalised are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Our products are made to order specifically for you, so sadly the bespoke nature of them means they cannot be resold if you change your mind.

If you change your mind about a product that’s not personalised, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll talk you through the best way to return it to us. Please note, return postage will be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

What if it’s damaged or faulty?

Our leather team give every product the once, twice, thrice over before posting them out to you, so there shouldn’t be any problems when your Sbri piece arrives. If you do spot something out of sorts please get in touch and we will talk through ways to resolve this for you as soon as we can. Please note, natural markings within the leather hide are to be expected and we would not consider these to be faults (we’re all about celebrating natural beauty).

I’ve received my order and there’s a mark on the leather – is that normal?

Leather is a beautiful natural product so some scarring in the hide is always to be expected. The sustainable leather we use is prepared using traditional methods which retain the character of the natural material, meaning that every Sbri piece is one of a kind, just like you - completely unique with its own individual scars, freckles and creases, which will develop with age over time. It’s what makes our accessories different – we wouldn’t ever send you something we wouldn’t love to own ourselves (we’re quite jealous of our customers, actually).

Product

Do your coin purses fit credit cards?

Yes, they do. Our handmade leather coin purses are perfect for when you only need a couple of cards but you can comfortably fit up to 5 inside, as well as your notes and coins (of course). They might be little but they can hold a lot.

Can I have a name instead of initials?

Of course! We only add dots between letters if you’ve requested them – if you’d prefer a name or word instead of initials that’s not a problem. Just make sure it fits within the character limit and please note, all personalisation will be upper case.

Can I have lower case text?

We only have upper case letter stamps in our workshop at the moment so all personalisation will be stamped in capitals.
