All standard delivery orders are dispatched within two business days. UK orders are sent by first class Royal Mail post so should arrive within one-two days after dispatch.
Standard delivery is free on all orders over £30 within the UK. All other small packages have a delivery cost of £1.95.
Express delivery is available if you require your order more urgently. Express orders will be dispatched within one business day and will be sent with Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery.
This is available within the UK, weekdays only, and the cost of this service is £4.95.
We offer worldwide shipping with a choice of standard or express delivery options. Standard international delivery orders are sent via local mail and arrive in most locations within 7 days (estimated).
Express international delivery is provided by DHL. The DHL Express courier service is a super fast and reliable international delivery service with full tracking available. Orders are dispatched within two business days, and almost all global destinations are reached within a 1-3 day transit time.
Please be aware that our international delivery fee does not include any local sales taxes, VAT or import duties, and customers are liable to pay this when the shipment arrives in their country.
A number of factors contribute to import taxes, including the value of the item, shipping location and local fees so it’s not possible for us to provide estimates at the point of purchase. As a rough indicator, several of our customers have had to pay around €15 in additional costs since the UK left the EU but please be aware this is just a guideline and exact fees may greatly differ. Where is my order? If you’ve received an email to say your order is on its way then please sit tight, it will be with you soon. Most items are arriving within 1-3 days but we have experienced delays of over a week in some cases. Generally we don’t have any more tracking information than you do, so please be patient while Royal Mail complete your delivery.
If the tracking page says ‘An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item’, this means that the item is still in transit with Royal Mail and will be with you shortly.
What if I’m not at home when it arrives? Our deliveries do not require a signature (unless you’ve chosen Special Delivery) and the vast majority will fit through your letterbox, so nobody needs to be at home to receive them. If you’ve ordered a large item Royal Mail will leave it in your safe place or with a neighbour where possible.
Can I change my delivery address? If you’ve noticed an error with your delivery address please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to update this. Please note, if your item has already been packaged up and dispatched it won’t be possible to amend the delivery details.
