All Sbri orders are handmade to order and dispatched the next working day* after your order has been placed (i.e. orders placed Sunday-Thursday will typically be dispatched the following day, orders placed Friday-Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday). We offer standard and express delivery options at checkout for UK and international customers, and local customers are welcome to collect their orders from the studio in Ringwood.

|International Standard Delivery||
||Standard international delivery orders are sent via local mail and arrive in most locations within 7-10 days (estimated). Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.|
|International Express Delivery||
||Express international delivery is provided by DHL Express, a super fast and reliable international courier service with full tracking available. Orders are dispatched within two business days, and almost all global destinations are reached within a 1-3 day transit time (exceptions apply).|
Duties are pre-paid for all orders shipping to the EU so there should be no unwelcome surprises when importing your orders. Customers in non-EU countries may be liable to pay import fees, please check with your local authorities.
Where is my order? If you’ve received an email to say your order is on its way then please sit tight, it will be with you soon. Most items are arriving within 1-3 days but we have experienced delays of over a week in some cases. Generally we don’t have any more tracking information than you do, so please be patient while Royal Mail complete your delivery.
If the tracking page says ‘An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item’, this means that the item is still in transit with Royal Mail and will be with you shortly.
What if I’m not at home when it arrives? Our deliveries do not require a signature (unless you’ve chosen Special Delivery) and the vast majority will fit through your letterbox, so nobody needs to be at home to receive them. If you’ve ordered a large item Royal Mail will leave it in your safe place or with a neighbour where possible.
Can I change my delivery address? If you’ve noticed an error with your delivery address please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to update this. Please note, if your item has already been packaged up and dispatched it won’t be possible to amend the delivery details.
Sbri pieces are made to order and personalised just for you (or your lucky pal), and their bespoke nature means they sadly cannot be resold if you change your mind. For this reason, any products that are personalised or custom-made are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
If you change your mind about a product that’s not personalised, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll talk you through the best way to return it to us. Please note, return postage will be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
