We caught up with Parlourmentary founder Meg to find out more about their story.
What's the story behind your Dorset brand?
A unique independent cheese shop in the heart of Southbourne, Dorset.
Boasting some of the finest cheese, cured meats and provisions from independent producers, suppliers & farmers both locally and further afield.
What is your most iconic product and what makes it special?
The entire cheese fridge! We take care to curate the best selection from incredible artisanal producers.
Has the local area inspired your product?
Absolutely, it was born out of The Larder House, where James would source the best cheeses. After many years of standing in the cold with high street length cues at Christmas he decides to celebrate it with a dedicated space!
What's your favourite secret spot in Dorset to visit?
Keeping it local with our beautiful beaches. Kept even sweeter by our well stocked drinks offering and ever changeable ice cream machine!
Has your product brand made a positive impact on people or the planet?
We really hope so. We’re so, so proud of the area and have really enjoyed and help to encourage local growth with independent businesses.
