SpainWhere is the certificate or the communication of that emphasize so much? On your website, you mention that the products is a vegetable-tanned leather, but upon receiving the product I have not seen any certificate, seal or anything that really validates/supports the information that you mention so much in your message. "It's vegetable-tanned leather, which means the tanneries use natural materials and dyes like bark, roots and leaves to prepare the hides, instead of chemicals" How do I know your products are really made with vegetable dyes? How can anyone verify that what you deliver is officially what you offer? What does this mean: "premium quality British leather "?
